Ingredients

1/3 cup juice of guava or guanabana (soursop) or pinnapple or passion fruit or dragon fruit or cactus fig

4 eggs

14 ounces coconut cream

gluten free pie shell

Preparation

Combine coconut cream and egg yolks. 2. Beat with electric mixer at low speed. 3. Slowly add tart tropical juice/ juices of choice and continue beating until well blended. 4. Pour into pie shell.
