Ingredients

2 egg whites

1 Tablespoon Honey

2 cups cornflake crumbs

1 lb. chicken tenders, cut in half

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the egg whites. Add the honey and beat well with a whisk to incorporate.
  3. Pour the cornflake crumbs onto a plate.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the egg white mixture, then dredge each strip in the crumbs to coat.
  5. Place the strips in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
