                        can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust

Olive oil

cup shredded pizza cheese blend (4 oz)

4

slices bacon, cooked, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/4

cup mayonnaise

1 1/4

teaspoons honey

1

teaspoon balsamic vinegar

large leaves romaine lettuce, sliced, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

large tomato, chopped

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

Unroll dough onto pizza pan; press evenly to cover pan. Bake 8 minutes.

Brush thin layer of oil over partially baked crust. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with three-fourths of the cooked bacon, reserving remaining for garnish.

Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust edge is browned and cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat mayonnaise, honey and balsamic vinegar with whisk until blended.

Remove pizza from oven. Top with lettuce, tomato and reserved bacon. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture in a spiral pattern over entire pizza. Serve immediately. Store any remaining pizza or mayonnaise mixture in refrigerator up to 2 days.
