Ingredients

1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C Honey

1/8 C extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp. rice vinegar

1 Tbs. mustard

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together until the honey is dissolved into the other liquids. Put into a bottle with a good seal, and shake several times until all ingredients are firmly mixed. Store in the refrigerator. Can be easily doubled, or tripled! Feel free to add more or less mustard and honey to taste.
