Ingredients

1 11oz can refrigerated soft breadstick dough

1 large egg white

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons turbinado sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Unroll dough separating into strips. Roll each strip into a 15 in rope with tapered ends, twist each rope into a pretzel shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine egg white and honey in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until frothy. Brush each pretzel with egg white mixture. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
  4. Bake at 375 for 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
