Ingredients

12 Chicken thighs (with or without skin)

1/2 Cup Honey

1/4 Cup prepared Mustard

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp Curry Powder

Preparation

Mix honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder. Dip chicken breast in mixture & place chicken side up on foil lined baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, basting ever 15 minutes. Server over rice with your favorite vegetable (I preferre brocolli
