Ingredients

1 5lb bone in cooked ham

1/3 cup apple juice

1/4 cup firmsly packed brown sugar

1 tbl honey

1 tbl Dijon mustard

Preparation

Place ham in slow cooker. Add apple juice. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, honey and mustard; mix well. Spread mixture over ham.

Cover; cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.

Remove ham from slow cooker. Cut ham in half; set 1 half aside. Slice remaining ham; place on serving platter.

Cut reserved ham into 1/2" cubes. Place 1 1/2 cup cubes in each of 2 food storage plastic bags. Seal and label bags ofr Supper Ham Frittata and Ham and Asparagus Chowder.
