lb. fresh turkey breast tenderloins

tablespoons Dijon mustard

tablespoons honey

teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Line broiler pan and rack with foil; cut slits in foil on rack. Cut turkey tenderloins crosswise into 1 1/2-inch-thick slices; place cut side up on foil-lined rack in pan.

In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Generously brush tops of turkey slices with about half of mustard mixture.

Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn turkey slices; generously brush with remaining mustard mixture. Broil an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
