lb chicken wings and drumsticks

teaspoon vegetable oil

tablespoons honey

tablespoon soy sauce

cloves garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray large sheet of foil with cooking spray.

In large bowl, mix 2 lb chicken wings and drumsticks, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped; toss to coat.

Place chicken on foil. Bring up 2 sides of foil so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.

Place packs on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cook time.

Remove packs from grill. Carefully fold back foil.
