3 12-oz. pkg. frozen carrots
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
In a large saucepan, cook frozen carrots in a small amount of boiling water just until tender. With a slotted spoon, remove carrots from pan; set aside.
Add honey, butter and brown sugar to remaining liquid in pan; mix well. Return carrots to pan and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring to coat, about 10 minutes
