Ingredients

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

3 tablespoons honey

6 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoons finely minced onion

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

pinch of salt

3/4 vegetable oil

Preparation

Heat vinegar and honey in heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves. Pour onto bowl and cool. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk oil. Cover and refrigerate.
