Ingredients

2 medium sized salmon filets

bread crumbs

pepper

salt

2 tablespoons. dijon mustard

2 tbsp. honey

water

5 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Wash salmon filets in water. Then put 1 cup bread crumbs in a large plastic ziplock bag. Place the salmon filets in bag and shake carefully. Heat 4 tbsp. olive oil in stick free cooking pan. When oil is hot add salmon filets and cook on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes each side. While the salmon is cooking put the honey,dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. olive oil and salt/pepper to taste in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Now brush honey mustard mixture on top of filets and cook for 3-5 more minutes on medium heat. Remove filets and serve with side dish.
