Ingredients

2 cups Cooked Chicken (diced).

11/2 Stalks of Celery(diced).

2 Green Onions(sliced).

Salt and Pepper to Taste.

1 Package of Cole Slaw Mix.

1 Large Tomato(diced).

1/3 cup Dijon Mustard.

3 Tbs. Honey.

2 Pita Bread(cut each in half).

Preparation

In a 2 qt. mixing bowl add the first 4 ingredients together and mix well.In a 1 qt. mixing bowl add the mustard and honey together and mix until they are well blended and add to the chicken mixture.Open one half of the pita bread and place about 1/4 cup of cole slaw mix in the bottom.Add the chicken salad mix(about 1/4-1/3 cup of the mixture) on top of the cole slaw.Top with the diced tomatoes.Repeat with the rest of the pita bread.
