Ingredients
20 Jumbo shrimp{ the biggest you can get} I cup plain yogurt
I cup sweet chili sauce and 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint.
Preparation
Mix yogurt, chili sauce and chopped mint in a large bowl. Chill over night. Add shrimp and marinate for 45 mins. Thread on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for 60 mins. Cook as desired on a hot grill turning just once. Serve hot or cold. These are also great on a green salad
