Ingredients

1/4 Cup Honey

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce, Low Sodium

3 Tbls. Lime Juice

1 Tbls. + 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

2 Tbls. Water

4 (4 oz.) salmon fillets

Black Sesame Seeds

Preparation

-Whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, dijon mustard, and water. Put in medium sauce pan and simmer on low heat, stirring frequently, until it gets thick and boiled down a bit.

-Grill or broil the salmon fillets until done.

-Put cooked salmon into the simmering sauce (spoon some sauce over salmon, so salmon soaks up the sauce). About 2 minutes.

  • Spoon salmon onto plates and drizzle with more sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
