Ingredients
2 quarts cranberries
2 1/2 cups honey
1 1/4 cups cider vinegar
2/3 cup water
2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and pour into sterilized jars; cover tightly. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate or freeze.
