Ingredients
Six slices of bread (any kind, Texas Toast is prefered)
Three eggs, beaten
cinnamon
organic no stir creamy or chunky peanut butter
organic honey
Preparation
Pancake sized pan on medium to medium-high on stove. Beat eggs and pour into shallow plate. Dip both sides of bread in the eggs, making sure to saturate each side. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste onto toast. Cook bread as if cooking a pancake, waiting until golden brown on bottom to flip. French toast should be firm, with no runny egg anywhere. When toast is done, spread on generous amount of peanut butter, and maybe some more cinnamon to taste. End with light swirls of honey on top and enjoy this messy breakfast!
