Ingredients

2 lbs greens, chopped

2 tbs olive oil

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 cup walnuts, shelled

2 tbs honey

1 tbs butter or margarine

Preparation

1 Heat oil in pan and add beet greens.

2 Stir-fry greens over high heat and add garlic and pepper. Lower heat and let greens simmer in own juices for 5 minutes before pouring into a serving dish. Heat butter in sauce pan over medium heat for 1, add walnuts, honey and pour over beet greens.
