Ingredients
1 cup Warm Water
1 Egg
2 T. Butter
2 T. Honey
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c. Bread Flour
3/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour (100%)
1/2 c. 4 or 7 Grain Cereal
2 tsp. Yeast
Preparation
Put yeast in warm water to desolve. Add additional ingredients and kneed. Let it rise to double under damp towel covering the bowl. Punch down and put in loaf pan. Let rise a second time about 45-60 min. Bake on 350 degrees for 38 min.
