Ingredients

150 g. porridge oats

3 tbsp double cream, plus extra to serve

250 ml milk

1 tbsp soft brown sugar

dash whisky

1 tbsp clear honey, to serve

Preparation

  1. Place the oats, cream, milk, sugar and whisky into a small saucepan and cook over a gentle heat for 6-7 minutes, until thickened and smooth.

  2. To serve, pour the porridge into a bowl and drizzle with honey and cream.
