Ingredients

1 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked al dente

1 lb. HoneyBaked Ham, cubed

8 oz. Gouda cheese, grated

8 oz. ricotta cheese

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well

16 oz. heavy cream

1 tsp. salt

Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Topping:

½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

½ cup parmesan cheese, shaved

3 Tbs. butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, place hot cooked pasta. Add HoneyBaked Ham, Gouda, ricotta, spinach, mushrooms, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Transfer to 9"x13" baking pan.

To make topping, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and butter in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pasta.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly, hot and golden brown.

Serves 6 to 8.
