Ingredients

4 cups diced (1/2 in. cubes) ripe honeydew melon

1/3 cup plain yogurt

3 lime juices

grated zest of 1 lime

1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

  1. Combine: 2 cups of melon w/yogurt, lime juice, and zest in food processor/blender until smooth.
  2. Microwave honey for 30 seconds until thinned.
  3. Add honey to melon mixture, process again to combine.
  4. Stir in remaining 2 cups of melon.
  5. Fill pop molds w/mixture, insert sticks, freeze for 6 hours.
  6. Remove from freezer, let stand for 5 minutes to remove mold.
