Ingredients

1- trout

powdered cloves

honey

olice oil

salt and pepper

Preparation

Take the cloves and sprinkle in the olive oil in fry pan over heat. Spread honey on skin of trout from head to tail on both sides. Salt and pepper inside and out. Put the trout in the hot oil and cloves. Fry uncovered on one side, then turn over after a few minutes. Cover pan and cook trout through. Cook about five minutes. Serve with fresh spinach greens and sliced pears with vinaigrette dressing. Add a baked potato too, if desired.
