Ingredients

8 slices bacon, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2 15 oz. cans black-eyed peas

2 tsp Nature’s Seasons

Preparation

In medium saucepan over medium heat, brown bacon. Add onion, cook until soft, 5 minutes. Add peas, their can liquid of one can only and seasoning; simmer 5 minutes. Good served with cornbread.
