Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup dried chopped onions
2 pkgs. refrigerated biscuits, the big ones, like Grands
8 American cheese slices
Preparation
Heat oven to tempurature according to packaged biscuit directions. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. On a floured surface, roll out biscuits flat, and put half a slice of american cheese on biscuit, top with 1/2 to 3/4 cup beef mixture, fold biscuit around cheese and beef mixture, and place each stuffed biscuit fold side down onto baking sheet. Bake according to package directions. Serve with a brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn.
