Ingredients

5 to 6 tablespoons grated or chopped horseradish

3 to 4 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons finely minced white onion

1/2 sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 tablesponns chopped fresh dill

Preparation

Puree the horseradish with the vinegar in a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl add the sour cream heavy cream salt and pepper dill and stir until blended.
