Ingredients
1lb cooked shrimp, peeled
2tblsp breadcrumps
Stick of butter
fresh garlic to taste
dash salt and pepper
1/4c blue cheese dressing
2 tablespoons horseradish
1cup brown rice
Preparation
Mix blue cheese dressing and horseradish in bowl and chill. Cook rice, place on side. Melt butter and place in baking pan. Put shrimp garlic and seasoning in pan with butter. Broil 8 minutes and then lightly layer breadcrumbs over top of shrimp. Broil another 3 minutes. Pull out of oven. Place dressing in cake decorator dispenser and pattern in zig zag across top of shrimp dish. Serve over brown rice.
