Ingredients

1/3 lb. lean pork

1 block tofu (strips)

1/2 c. wood ear fungus (strips)

2 eggs (beaten)

1 bowl of soup stock

2 tsp. soy sauce

2 tsp. salt

4 tbsp. corn starch

2 tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation

Boil pork for 20 minutes. Add stock, tofu, fungus, soy sauce, salt and corn starch. Boil until it thickens. Add eggs slowly. Pour soup into bowls. Add vinegar, pepper and sesame oil. Stir well.
