Ingredients
2 cans whole artichokes hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded (whole milk) mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Drain artichokes and finely chop.
- Place all ingredients into bowl and mix well.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
