Ingredients

2 cans whole artichokes hearts

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded (whole milk) mozzarella

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Drain artichokes and finely chop.
  3. Place all ingredients into bowl and mix well.
  4. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
