Ingredients
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 cup grate cheddar cheese
1 cup monterey jack cheese
16 oz artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
chopped jalapeño peppers - handful
Preparation
Mix above & put in shallow baking dish. Bake 30 minutes @ 350.
Serve HOT w/ tortilla chips or crackers
