Ingredients

1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts

1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. mayo

1 c. Parmesan cheese

1/4 t. minced garlic

salt to taste

Preparation

Drain artichokes and mix in food processor until smooth. Put in bowl with rest of ingredients and mix well. Spread into quiche dish. Bake in 375 oven about 8-10 minutes, or until warmed through. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
