Ingredients
1-14 oz. can asparagus, strained
1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts, strained
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 (12 oz) cream cheese
1 Tbs. Minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chopped Parsley
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix all together with electric beaters or mixer. Mix well. Put in a 10 inch oven proof dish. bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. best served with Ritz crackers. Note: make sure Artichokes and Asparagus are well strained before adding other ingredients.
