Ingredients

1 cup salad oil

½ cup red wine vinegar

Salt to taste

White pepper to taste -(optional: black pepper instead)

Sautéed minced garlic

½ lb.bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 bunches of fresh spinach picked and cleaned of sand

7 large eggs boiled and sliced

2 cartons button mushrooms, sliced and sautéed

3-4 cups of cooked crumbled bacon

Preparation

Layer first with spinach on plate, then mushrooms and then with several sliced eggs placed in the middle of the salad. Crumble bacon on all 10.Mix salad oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper,and sauteed minced garlic and set aside. Before you serve, heat up the dressing whisking vigorously, and pour sparingly on top of salads. Serve and Enjoy!
