Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. chopped beef
2.5 oz jar mushrooms
1/4 cup parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
Sautee onion in butter in a sauce pan. Add milk, cream cheese and stir over low heat until melted. Stir in meat, mushrooms, cheese, and parsley. Heat until cooked through and serve hot
