Ingredients
1 lb. butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. dark brown sugar
½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well. A heavy duty mixer works the best. Place in freezer safe container and store in freezer until ready to use. To serve: Place 2 tsp mix in cup. Fill with boiling water and top with additional nutmeg. Try it with hot coffee in place of water and adult can enjoy adding 1 oz of rum.
