Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 can quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped (14 oz)

1 small can chopped green chilis (mild)

2 packages crumbled feta cheese (8 oz total)

1 cup mayo

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (shredded, not the powder/shaker kind)

1 clove of pressed garlic (I use the chopped garlic in olive oil in the glass jar)

2-3 chopped green onions

Preparation

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingreadients together
  • Spoon into round glass pie pan
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until light brown and bubbly
  • Garnish with chopped green onions
  • Serve with crackers, veggies, or tortilla chips

Serves about 8 to 10 people.
