Ingredients

1 14 ounce can of corn (drained)

2 small cans of chopped green chilies (drained)

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup shredded parmesan

1 2 cup bag of shredded Monterey Jack -Cheddar cheese mix

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl Bake in a glass pyrex pie dish for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Take out and cool for a bit. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
