Ingredients

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 can (10 ounces) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked

1 can (8 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
