Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

1/3 cup sugar

4 cups milk

1 tbsp. instant coffee crystals

whipped cream or tiny marshmallows

Preparation

Combine chocolate, sugar and 1/2 cup milk. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Heat but do not boil. Add topping.
