Ingredients
~1 litre full-cream milk
~250g dark chocolate
~a little ground cinnamon
~a little grated chocolate
~200ml whipped cream
Preparation
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and begin heating it. Put in the chocolate and melt it into the milk, quite slowly. Whisk until smooth and then pour this into thick wine-glasses. It`s best to use inexpensive ones. Top the drink with a spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle it with grated chocolate and cinnamon.
