Ingredients

8 ounces of Lump Crab (or good

quality canned lump crab)

8 ounces of cream cheese

1 tablespoon whole milk

1 tablespoon horseradish (or

more to your taste)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Paprika or Cayenne on top

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Bake for 20 minutes–sprinkle a little paprika or cayenne on top for looks.

I usually bake in a size-appropriate baking dish that can be used to serve it as well.
