Ingredients

2 (6 ounce)cans of crabmeat

4 ounces of cream cheese, softened (low fat is you want :)

1/2 cup mayonaise ( use veganaise to cut the cholesterol)

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 scallions, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt ( we leave out the salt)

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the dip in a glass or microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1-2 minutes or until nice and hot!

Serve with crudites or for a healthier option cut up zucchini and carrots and use them for dippers.
