Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
3 T. mayonnaise
1 t. dijon mustard
1/4 t. salt
T. white wine or sherry
8 oz. crabmeat, drained & flaked
Preparation
Combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir until smooth and well blended. Add wine gradually, then crabmeat. Check seasonings.
Transfer to chafing dish and serve hot with melba rounds, crackers, etc.
