Ingredients

9 c. cranberry juice

9 c. pineapple juice

4 1/2 c. water

1 scant c. brown sugar

4 broken cinnamon sticks

4 tsp. whole cloves

1/4 tsp. salt

Cheesecloth

Preparation

Heat cranberry juice, pineapple juice, water and brown sugar in a 30 cup pan. In cheesecloth, put cinnamon sticks, cloves, and salt. Simmer for 15 min. Serve warm.
