Ingredients
3 fresh jalepeno peppers
2 fresh serrano peppers
3 soft avocados
3 roma tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp fresh pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
4 tbls olive oil
Preparation
Slice the peppers and remove the seeds. Half tomatoes, and squeeze out the seeds. Blend Peppers, garlic, salt, cumin and pepper in food processor. Add in tomatoes, avocado, and olive oil. Place an avocado seed atop the dip in the serving bowl… serve chilled with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
