Ingredients
2 pints cherry tomatoes, stems removed
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1 large clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Heat oven to 400
Place tomatoes in single layer in lightly oiled 13x9x2 inch baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients except olive oil, sprinkle crumb mixture over tomatoes. Drizzle with oil
Bake until tomatoes are puffed, about 6-8 minutes
