Ingredients

2 tbs cake flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 lemon

1 cup BOILING water

Preparation

Place flour, sugar, and salt in sauce pan; add boiling water. Stir vigorously so mixture does not become lumpy. Slowly add juice of lemon.
