Ingredients
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter
square bake pan
Preparation
Preheat oven for 3500
Mix sugar and eggs in bowl. In separate bowl sift flour and baking powder. Combine with wet ingredients.
Heat milk and butter on stove for 3 minutes. Do not boil milk.
Add milk and butter to other ingredients and stil with a spoon.
Add vanilla
Grease and Flour pan
Pour ingredients into pan and then place into oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until when cake is golden brown.
Place butter on top of cake. It will melt. Then place sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
Serve immediately.
