Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk

2 tablespoons steel cut or old fashioned oats

1 cup strawberries, blueberries or other chopped fresh fruit

1 ounce walnuts

1 tablespoon raisins

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Add ingredients to a Vita-mix or other high powered blender, gradually increase speed to high and run for 2-4 minutes, just until the mixture is warm.
