Ingredients

8 oz block of cream cheese, softened

8 oz shredded mexican cheese

3/4 cup of mayonaise

small to medium red onion chopped

1-2 cloves of garlic

dash of salt & pepper

splash of Pick-a-Pepper or worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayo, chopped red onion, garlic and sauce of choice in large bowl until thoroughly combined. Pour into small baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Back uncovered for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Use low broil for a minute or two to brown if necessary. Serve with pita chips or wheat thins or other firm cracker.
